Week 5

Franklin and Amy Wood of Bowling Green, Kentucky set up a manequin nicknamed Sophie at their newly rented storefront in Fountain Square, Monday, October 4, 2010. "Vintage BG" was thought up after Amy's parents died and left behind a lifetime of collectables, mostly vintage items from in and around the Bowling Green area. Sophie orginally stood in the storefront of Norman's, a woman's clothing boutique on the Square in the 70s. "I thought it would be a great way to recycle them back into Bowling Green," said Amy, "Just a temporary thing until we've sold what we needed."

Freshman Nina Davis, 18, of Alpha Omicron Pi, slaps mud across 18 year-old Jill Marrow's face, of Kappa Delta at AOPi's "Spike Out Arthritis" Mud Volleyball Tournoment, Wednesday, September 29, 2010. Greek organizations entered to raise money for a National Juvenile fund.
Chance, 21 and Ben McCormack, 25, Matt Kinkade, 27 and Richard Pennington, 25, of Bowling Green, Kentucky set up a teepee at the 3rd Annual Starry Nights Music Festival as a part of the campsite competition. The winners received lifetime tickets to Starry Nights.
